Let Nothing Silence Her Praise
I will remember the deeds of the Lord; yes, I will remember your miracles of long ago.
Psalm 77: 11-12
I was diagnosed with cancer several times in my twenties, and years later, I’m still here. It’s a miracle. Seriously I never expected to live this long. You’d think with all I’ve been through, I’d live in this constant state of praise and thanksgiving. The truth is that sometimes I get sideswiped by circumstances that just don’t matter. Spouse stuff. Kid stuff. To do lists. Finances.
Here’s the thing. If God is the same, yesterday, today, and tomorrow, we can do a better job of remembering the work He has done throughout the course of His people’s history.
And we can set the right example for our girls because He’s at work, right now, in their lives too.
Talk to your girl today. Trust together that He’s handling everything, down to the last detail.
